Pirin Golf and Country Club

Pirin Golf and Country Club

I have seen very few pics appear online for this development and having walked up to the place I can see why. Althoguh it appear to be close by when looking at it from Redenka it truns out to be a 3 day camel ride when you actually make the track up to it.

There is only a dirt track up to the overall Pirin Golf development. There is a tarmaced road but it has been blocked off at the bottom by a few boulders. John was reluctant to take his hire car up the dirt road so we decided to hoof it.

I have to say the whole complex looks amazing with plenty of space between apartment blocks. At a guess there looks to be around 15 different blocks of apartments at various stages of development. Some of them are finished or very close to it from what I can see from the outside.

We couldn’t get close enough to see the actual golf course and can only guess that it is closer to the mountain, behind the ongoing developments.

The views from this area are amazing too. In my opinion anyone who has bought here is on to a real winner.

I am happy that our apartment is just a 5 minute drive away. Contrary to what is being touted by the developers, I believe the golf course will be open to both residents and non-residents, with residents getting preferential treatment and access of course.

Countless lorries passed us in both directions too as we made our way to and from Pirin Golf. So work is continuing.

Here are a few photos I took along the way to the Pirin apartment blocks.

    Hi,
nice pics but NOT from Pirin Golf & Country Club. If you want to see the real golf course at http://www.pirin-golf.com they have a section Golf Course with updated real photos.
Meanwhile, on the same website you can see the real letter from the owners and the final list , which specifies what “resident” means.
All suggestions that they will open it for the general public is a shit!
If you don’t know just to tell you what happens next:
    1. They finish the 18-hole Ian Woosnam course late 2008,
    2. They extend the Pine course (inside their complex) from 9 to 18 holes till 2010.
    3. Having the experience they build their 3-rd 18 hole course nearbyletween 2009-2011. They ALREADY HAVE THE PLOT.
Having own 2000 beds in Razlog valley, including Pirin Golf & Country Club and a couple of hotels they place an offer for a standard golf holidays package - 3 courses with 54 holes.
Then all the guys from the cheap “Elysium”-s, “Redenka”-s, “Aspen”-s “Aston Villas” etc. outside Pirin Golf just look the loads of people with packaged deals enter. Only look……….

Have you been to the site? I can assure you that these are of the building work going on at the Pirin Golf site.

There are no pics of the actual course because we didn’t venture that far into the site as we were on foot.
