First Choice to push Bansko in Britain

Tour operator First Choice plans to increase 10 times the number of Bansko ski holidays sold on the British market for the ’06-’07 winter season, said the company’s local representative Bogdan Hristov. Around 350 Britons booked skiing vacations in Bansko last season.

The First Choice catalogue includes 5 hotels in Bansko and one in the nearby city of Razlog. Bansko is market as a skiing destination in Britain also by Balkan Holidays-London, Thomson and Thomas Cook.
