Due to personal circumstances we’ve decided to put our Bansko property up for sale.
This is a first class property in a great complex with fantastic facilities, ideal for families both in summer and winter. Myself and young family spent a week there in May 2008 and had a great time.
The apartment is around 7 km from the town of Bansko which is about 10 mins by car. There is a shuttle bus that runs between the Redenka complex and Bansko which can be booked for specific times throughout the day.
The apartment is apartment 15 in Redenka Lodge. It contains 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies, bathroom + separate WC and comes fully furnished.
Here’s the details copied straight from the BGP site from when I purchased:
Apartment # 15 (with additional space of 15.34 sq.m. under the slooping ceilings - not included in the official size and comes as a bonus): Three - bedrooms, some sloping ceilings, living room, open plan kitchenette, fireplace, bathroom and WC, 2 balconies, total size 103.65 sq.m. (floor size 85.55 sq.m. + common parts 18.10 sq.m.)
I will be putting it on the market for 123,000 euros. This price includes all the furnishing which weren’t included when I bought.
I will also offer my two bansko websites - skiinbansko.com and banskogolfing.com - for the new owner - in with the above price. These sites get around 500 unique targeted visitors per month(mostly from Google searches), and earn around £20 per month from Google ads which will help pay the yearly costs. There is great potential for doing a lot better with the sites too. I just haven’t put much work in.
There you go. To anyone who’s prepared to think long-term I think this is a good deal.

Ours is apartment 15 which is the largest in the building. The lodge also contains a restaurant and Vienna cafe; bar, 24-Hour Front Desk, central heating, and ski storage.
Our apartment has three bedrooms, with kitchenette which is fully equipped for food preparation, bathroom with shower and hairdryer plus a seperate WC and sink off the main hallway.
Sport and Recreation: The lodge offers very large range of sport activities as tennis court, sauna, fitness centre, skiing, spa & wellness centre, massage, jacuzzi, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool.
Services: The following additional services are also available in the complex: Room Service, Airport Shuttle, Business Centre, Babysitting/Child Services, Currency Exchange, Bicycle Rental, Car Rental. Wireless internet is available in public areas only and is free of charge. Free parking is possible on site.
